Please note for appointments for Dutch passports:
- Please check the requirements for passport photos on www.paspoortinformatie.nl/english
- Please indicate if you wish to make an appointment for 2-5 people. The system will automatically book a longer time slot. If you wish to make a booking for more than 5 people, please contact the Embassy at sin-ca@minbuza.nl or (+65) 6737 1155.
- All passport applications must be made in person. Also children aged under 18 must be present when applying for a passport.
For all the requirements and necessary documentation for your passport application, please visit our website. Please read the information carefully. Incomplete applications, or photographs that do not meet the requirements, cannot be processed.

You can cancel or change your appointment up till 24 hours before the scheduled appointment by clicking the cancellation link in the confirmation email you receive from the Embassy. After successful cancellation of your appointment you can schedule a new appointment through the system. If you wish to cancel your appointment within 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, please contact the Embassy by phone on (+65) 6737 1155.
